Meijer is HOT this week! 10-10 thru 10-16

I stopped in Meijer today after scouring the web last night looking for deals. I decided I was only going to take $10 with me and see how much I could get, but half way through, I got greedy and decided to try to spend less....I'm going back on Friday to work with the rest of the deals, but here is how I got 37 items today for $6.39 OOP and received $3 Catalina for my next purchase :)

I split the trip in to 5 smaller transactions:

2 bottles Frank's Red Hot sauce .99 - .50 MQ (doubled) = free
2 pouches Starkist reduced sodium tuna 1.49 ea - .50 MQs(doubled) and $1/2 MeijerMealbox coupon = free
Paid $0 OOP
Received $1 Catalina good on my next purchase for buying the two reduced sodium Starkist

Using the 10/10 get 11th item free combos, I got:
1 Meijer sour cream = 1.00
2 Friskies cat treats @ $1.00 ea. - $1.00 MQs = free
4 Campbell's Select soups @$1.00 ea - 2 $1.00/2 coupons and $1/4 MM = .25 ea (1.00) (I had .50 MQs on this transaction)
4 Barilla Pasta @ $1.00 ea - 2 $1/2 MQs and $1/4 MM = .25 ea (1.00)

One of my .50MQs did not double because the system automatically gave me a free pasta @.75 instead of the sour cream, which I had planned on, so I had to pay .89 OOP after using my 2 catalinas from the previous transactions. (still not a bad deal for 11 items!)

2 Friskies cat treats @ $1.00 ea - 2 $1.00 MQs = free
1 Meijer paper towel @1.00
4 BC frosting @ 1.00 ea = 4.00
2 BC cake mix @ 1.27 ea = 2.54 (I had 2 coupons for .75 off both frosting and cake, so I picked these up)
Again, I didn't get a full priced free item as planned - it was a can of soup, which only took off .75 instead of $1.00 and my .50 coupon didn't double for that reason.
I used my mperks reward of $2 off a $5 purchase (if you haven't signed up yet, check it out here)
paid 4.96 OOP

3 cans of Campbell's Cream of chicken soup @.59 ea = 1.77
used 2 $1.50/3 coupons
OOP 0.54 (.09 each!)

I still have $3 to go to bat with next time I'm in Meijer!
